Less Mess made what felt like a huge, stressful project for me look easy — everything was cleared out quickly, carefully, and the space was left spotless.
What impressed me most was Less Mess’s attention to detail and how much he truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. We called Dan at Less Mess Junk Removal on very short notice, and he was happy to accommodate us, and on a weekend! All of our communications prior to the project were timely, clear and professional. Dan showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time, he and his teammate were clean cut, very polite, very respectful of our situation, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They were very efficient, quiet and quick and they left everything better than they found it. And the price was very reasonable! Dan was super professional throughout the entire experience. He worked around my schedule, including showing up on a weekend on short notice, to come out and quote the pickup. I called Dan on a Friday and he came out for an estimate within hours. Came back the next day to remove everything. He took a full trailer of appliances and miscellaneous junk- broken furniture, cinder blocks etc. He was extremely professional, kind and worked quickly. His pricing was also more than fair! I will be using him in the future without a doubt. Ive worked with 3 other junk removal companies since flipping our home and I wish I found Dan sooner. I can't recommend enough!
